Company ProfileA major Japanese global manufacturer is strengthening its internal security support capability and is looking for an L1/L2 Security Support Specialist to join its security operations function. The Role<ul><li>You will be the first and second line of security support, receiving security tickets and alerts, performing initial analysis and triage, and resolving or escalating issues with clear documentation.</li><li>You will support vulnerability management, access-related requests and basic security configuration tasks.</li><li>You will work closely with internal IT teams, the SOC (if present) and external vendors.</li><li>You will maintain accurate ticket records and help improve the knowledge base and runbooks.</li><li>Shift coverage or on-call rotation may apply, depending on the operating model.</li></ul> Your Skills <ul><li>Business-level Japanese is mandatory.
