Sales Representative
<h3 id="role-overview">Role Overview</h3><p>You will closely collaborate with the executive team (including the CEO and Executive Officers) to spearhead the following key initiatives:</p><ul><li>Gain in-depth understanding of client challenges and develop tailored technical solutions.</li><li>Navigate the broad and complex scope of technical solutions by extracting and thoroughly analyzing client needs and customer insights.</li><li>Utilize customer insights to craft and deliver high-quality proposals.</li><li>Formulate and implement strategic sales approaches, leveraging partnerships with industry leaders.</li><li>Directly engage with various departments within client organizations (e.g., IT, business development), focusing on financial institutions and major domestic enterprises, to identify and address their challenges.</li><li>Supervise the sales support team, consisting of two team members.</li></ul><h3 id="required-qualifications">Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Proven track record in corporate sales within the IT sector (experience at SIers or consulting firms is advantageous).</li><li>Solid technical expertise with the ability to present solutions effectively.</li><li>Strong analytical skills to assess client requirements and deliver structured recommendations.</li><li>Proficiency in English, capable of seamless communication with international colleagues.</li></ul><h3 id="preferred-qualifications">Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Passion for startups or business development in emerging fields.</li><li>Experience in team leadership or designing and executing sales strategies.</li></ul><p>Reference No.:06940-0013287808</p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
