Drive adoption of new systems, processes, and data-driven operating models across the organization to support aggressive growth targets.</li></ul><br /><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br /><ul><li>Design and execute change management strategy for large-scale DX/ERP implementations across business units</li><li>Lead stakeholder engagement from operational teams to executive leadership</li><li>Develop and implement communication strategies, training programs, and adoption roadmaps</li><li>Manage organizational resistance and drive post-implementation stabilization</li><li>Define change scope, conduct impact analysis, and build sponsor/change agent networks</li><li>Track adoption metrics and report transformation progress to senior management</li><li>Coordinate with PMO, IT, and business teams throughout project lifecycle (design → build → UAT → cutover → stabilization)</li></ul><br /><strong>Required Qualifications</strong><br /><ul><li>5+ years professional experience with 2~3+ years leading change management in large-scale DX/system implementation projects</li><li>Proven experience driving business/process adoption following system deployments</li><li>Track record managing multiple concurrent projects</li><li>Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels</li><li>Experience with cross-functional alignment and consensus building in complex environments</li></ul><br />This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a major transformation initiative within a global and friendly organization.
