This role will focus on strategic HR planning, regulatory compliance, and implementing high-impact talent management strategies across the region.</li><li>The Regional HRBP will be responsible for developing regulations, schemes, and policies to support the organization's global headquarters, setting measurable HR objectives, and tracking their progress to support operational efficiency and strategic growth initiatives.</li><li>This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to influence business strategy at both regional and global levels.</li></ul><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop and implement HR schemes, policies, and regulations that align with global business and operational objectives.</li><li>Plan and monitor regional HR initiatives to ensure they contribute to broader company goals.</li><li>Design, establish, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR programs to measure their success.</li><li>Partner with regional and global stakeholders to lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.</li><li>Ensure local HR initiatives comply with labor regulations and maintain strong employee relations.</li><li>Lead organizational change initiatives to improve workforce agility and support operational and cultural transformation.</li><li>Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions and improve HR practices.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to regional business leaders while collaborating with global HR partners to ensure strategic alignment.</li><li>Required Skills and Competencies</li><li>Strategic HR Planning: Expertise in aligning regional HR strategies with overarching global objectives.</li><li>Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills to work effectively across diverse geographies and cultures.</li><li>Talent Management: Strong background in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development and retention strategies.</li><li>Change Leadership: Capable of guiding teams through organizational change processes.</li><li>Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using HR analytics and metrics to inform strategies.</li><li>Compliance and Employee Relations: Strong understanding of local labor laws and experience managing employee relations matters.</li><li>Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in relationship building with business leaders and cross-regional HR partners.</li></ul><p>Experience, Education, and Language Requirements:</p><ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.</li><li>Experience: At least 8 years of progressive HR leadership experience in a global organization, with at least 5 years in a senior-level HR role.</li><li>Language Proficiency: Business-level English fluency.
