<p data-start="24" data-end="418"><strong data-start="24" data-end="42">Basic Function</strong><br data-start="42" data-end="45" /> Under the direction of the DC Center Manager and team leaders, this role involves coordinating with 3PL partners to adjust work priorities and optimize staffing based on daily operational progress. The goal is to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. The role also includes planning and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operational efficiency.</p><p data-start="420" data-end="442"><strong data-start="420" data-end="440">Responsibilities</strong></p><ul data-start="443" data-end="1654"><li data-start="443" data-end="526"><p data-start="445" data-end="526">Monitor daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted workflow.</p></li><li data-start="527" data-end="640"><p data-start="529" data-end="640">Coordinate with 3PL partners to prioritize tasks in order to meet customer delivery deadlines when necessary.</p></li><li data-start="641" data-end="800"><p data-start="643" data-end="800">Measure and visualize key performance indicators such as productivity, quality, and customer service levels; develop and implement improvement initiatives.</p></li><li data-start="801" data-end="895"><p data-start="803" data-end="895">Improve various operational processes and procedures to contribute to smoother operations.</p></li><li data-start="896" data-end="1069"><p data-start="898" data-end="1069">Identify improvement opportunities in DC operations in collaboration with delivery carriers to ensure on-time deliveries and build a more effective working relationship.</p></li><li data-start="1070" data-end="1158"><p data-start="1072" data-end="1158">Implement measures based on audit requirements to strengthen operational robustness.</p></li><li data-start="1159" data-end="1254"><p data-start="1161" data-end="1254">Prepare and compile various reports, including data aggregation and processing using Excel.</p></li><li data-start="1255" data-end="1387"><p data-start="1257" data-end="1387">Provide hands-on support in warehouse operations during peak seasons or emergencies in collaboration with 3PL staff (as needed).</p></li><li data-start="1388" data-end="1545"><p data-start="1390" data-end="1545">Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, outsourced service providers, and logistics partners to enhance collaborative efforts.</p></li><li data-start="1546" data-end="1654"><p data-start="1548" data-end="1654">Work cooperatively with team members to share responsibilities and contribute to a smoothly run workplace.</p></li></ul><p> </p><p>Reference Number：06940-0013246383</p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
