Customer Service Manager
<p data-start="26" data-end="745"><strong data-start="26" data-end="44">Basic Function</strong><br data-start="44" data-end="47" /> Under the direction of the Customer Service Director, this role ensures that all daily revenue-related operations are carried out smoothly by coordinating with outsourcing partners, adjusting work priorities, and optimizing staffing. The goal is to complete all revenue-related processes within the month.<br data-start="352" data-end="355" /> This position will lead the improvement, standardization, and simplification of the <strong data-start="439" data-end="456">Order to Cash</strong> process, working to enhance service levels for both customers and internal business divisions.<br data-start="551" data-end="554" /> From a <strong data-start="561" data-end="583">Total Supply Chain</strong> perspective, this role will collaborate with the S&amp;DP team and the Distribution &amp;
