The position is suited for a mid-level lawyer looking to broaden their exposure in a commercial, fast-paced investment environment.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Key Functions:</span></strong></p><ul><li>Advise on fund formation, structuring, and governance matters.</li><li>Draft, review, and negotiate fund documents, investor agreements, and transactional contracts.</li><li>Provide general legal advice and support to internal stakeholders across investment and supporting teams.</li><li>Oversee corporate secretarial and compliance matters for the firm and its affiliates.</li><li>Mentor and train a junior teammate on company secretarial practices and procedures.</li></ul><ul><li>Support ad hoc legal projects and contribute to developing internal policies and best practices.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or higher; law degree preferred.
