<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Company</strong></span><br />We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a deep understanding of middle office investment operations and fund administration to support a large-scale fund service migration program for a Global Bank. You will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to define and implement a new target operating model.</p><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><ul><li>Define and validate requirements for the new target operating model against current processes, to ensure service levels are maintained, through stakeholder workshops and decision checkpoints.</li><li>Translate complex accounting and operational requirements into actionable plans and communicate these effectively across business and technical teams.</li><li>Lead the business integration workstream with a focus on fund accounting and money movement, ensuring minimal disruption to clients and service continuity.</li><li>Oversee and coordinate activities specific to client accounting operations, including: unit pricing, multicurrency, investment order placement and settlement, fee processing, bank account operations (money-in/money-out), and scheme-level accounting.</li><li>Act as a key liaison between the global bank and the service provider, ensuring timely delivery of agreed milestones.</li><li>Collaborate across multiple teams such as operations, fund accounting, custody, treasury, transfer agency, technology, finance, legal, and compliance teams to ensure alignment on business priorities and risk mitigation.</li><li>Develop and manage detailed project plans, RAID logs, and reporting dashboards.</li><li>Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, or delays, and drive resolution through appropriate governance channels.</li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Your Profile</strong></span></p><ul><li>Proven experience (10+ years) in project management with hands-on knowledge of fund services and investment operations (ideally mutual funds as primary asset class).</li><li>Deep understanding of end-to-end client accounting processes including fund unit pricing, investment order execution, multi-currency transactions, and scheme accounting.</li><li>Product experience defining target operating model for investment operations processes.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to translate business priorities into clear deliverables and timelines.</li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Apply Today</strong></span> <br />To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
