Reporting to the Regional Commercial Director, you will lead strategies to optimize trade partnerships, enhance brand visibility, and maximize revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep FMCG expertise to navigate competitive landscapes, foster cross-functional collaboration, and deliver impactful marketing programs that align with global objectives while adapting to local market nuances.</p><p> </p><ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing strategies for Hong Kong and Taiwan, including promotional campaigns, in-store activations, and merchandising plans to boost sales and market share.</li><li>Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain operations with commercial objectives, ensuring seamless execution across Hong Kong and Taiwan markets.</li><li>Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize profitability, balancing competitive positioning with market demand and cost considerations, while aligning with global pricing frameworks.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners, distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms to ensure optimal product placement, pricing, and availability.</li><li>Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable commercial plans.</li><li>Lead cross-functional teams in planning and implementing category management, pricing strategies, and trade spend optimization to achieve financial targets.</li><li>Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, market penetration, ROI on trade investments, and brand health metrics.</li><li>Collaborate with global and regional teams on product launches, portfolio management, and alignment with overall business strategies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local regulations, ethical standards, and company policies in all commercial activities.</li><li>Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation and results.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field</li><li>8-15 years of progressive experience in commercial management, trade marketing, or sales roles within the FMCG sector, preferably with a multinational corporation.</li><li>Proven track record in managing markets in Asia-Pacific, with specific experience in Hong Kong and/or Taiwan highly desirable.</li><li>Strong understanding of retail/distributors dynamics, trade channels (modern trade, traditional trade, e-commerce), and consumer behaviour in fast-paced FMCG environments.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and marketing analytics software.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
