<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>My client is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Assistant Manager / Manager to develop and strengthen our brokerage partnerships, with a <strong>primary focus on HK and MCV Brokers. </strong>You will be the vital link between our company and this crucial broker network, responsible for driving significant sales growth and ensuring our partners are experts in our products and processes.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Relationship &amp; Business Development:</strong>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key brokerage firms in Hong Kong and the MCV segment to achieve and exceed sales targets. Proactively acquire new broker partners within these channels to expand our market reach.</li><li><strong>Market-Specific Strategy:</strong>Help create and execute targeted strategies to develop our HK and MCV partnership distribution channels, understanding the unique dynamics and opportunities within these markets.</li><li><strong>Cross-Border Expertise:</strong>Serve as a subject matter expert on the needs of MCV clients, providing brokers with insights and support to effectively cater to this demographic.</li><li><strong>Training &amp; Enablement:</strong>Develop and deliver compelling Cantonese, English, and <strong>Mandarin</strong> training materials and market updates to educate and engage our diverse broker partners.</li><li><strong>Primary Contact:</strong>Act as the main point of contact for broker inquiries, providing expert support on product details, underwriting guidelines, Financial Need Analysis (FNA), and new business submission processes.</li><li><strong>Market Intelligence:</strong>Conduct research and analysis specific to the HK and MCV markets to identify trends and inform product and sales strategies.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or above.</li><li>Must have passed IIQE Papers 1, 3 (and preferably 2 &amp; 4) or hold relevant insurance qualifications.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience within the life insurance sector, specifically working with the <strong>Hong Kong broker channel. </strong></li><li><strong>Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English </strong></li><li><em>Note: We are an inclusive employer.
