The Role<ul><li>Manage and maintain a complete set of company accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.</li><li>Handle day-to-day AR/AP activities, including issuing and reconciling credit/debit notes, managing miscellaneous billing items, and resolving discrepancies.</li><li>Oversee payment processing and ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of vendor and customer statements.</li><li>Prepare regular financial reports, providing insights into receivables, payables, and overall financial health.</li><li>Conduct detailed reconciliations of key accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Act as the local point of contact for treasury-related matters, liaising with banking partners in Hong Kong and regional finance teams to ensure optimal treasury management.</li></ul> Your Profile<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years or above relevant accounting or financial experience, preferably in an FMCG or MNC environment.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edward) and advanced Excel skills.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger functions.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Experience in treasury or banking coordination is an advantage.</li></ul> Apply Today To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
