Financial Controller/ SFM - up to 75-85k per month

As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join their leadership team in Hong Kong. The Role<ul><li>Financial Reporting & Control:Lead the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes for all entity and management (consolidated) reporting.</li><li>Multi-Entity Management:Oversee and manage the financial operations and inter-company accounting for the fund's offices in other locations</li><li>Corporate Finance:Handle corporate expense processing, budgeting, and forecasting. Manage cash flow and working capital for the group entities.</li><li>Process Improvement:Continuously evaluate and enhance financial controls, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.</li><li>Stakeholder Management:Act as a key point of contact for external auditors, tax advisors, and other service providers. Report directly to the COO and partner with senior stakeholders across the business.</li></ul> Your Profile<ul><li>A qualified accountant (CPA, CA, or equivalent) with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience.</li><li>Essential:Proven track record in a financial control within a hedge fund or asset management firm.</li><li>Essential:Demonstrable experience managing finance functions for multiple international corporate entities.</li><li>Solid experience with month-end closing, consolidation, and management reporting.</li><li>A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.</li><li>Fluent in Chinese and English</li></ul> Apply Today To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
