Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join an exciting Professional Services company experiencing huge growth based in central Bristol. For the right person the client is offering a very competitive:£60,000 - £65,000 plus bonus, hybrid remote working and wider benefits package Role responsibilities will include but not limited to: <ul><li>Actively monitor and report on monthly P&L performance and KPIs with insightful analysis to identify areas for challenge and improvement</li><li>Lead on the annual budget process, provide challenge and guidance to the Executive Team to ensure targets and assumptions are appropriate. Ensure deadlines are met and sufficient insightful analysis is provided to support approval by the Board. This is a great opportunity to be part of a subsidiary within a FTSE 250 organisation, gaining experience working with international partners whilst developing a clear pathway towards a Finance Director role in the future.The RoleThis is a senior financial leadership position offering the opportunity to drive strategic financial governance across major programmes whilst supporting international business expansion.
