This is a varied and high-impact role, blending management accounts ownership with genuine business partnering, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance and influence decision-making.</p><p>Reporting to the Finance Director you will perform the following duties:</p><ul><li>Monthly management accounts & reporting</li><li>Budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis</li><li>Stakeholder partnering across operations and leadership</li><li>Delivering insight to support commercial decisions</li><li>Supporting integration of acquisitions</li></ul><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li>Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA </li><li>Strong grounding in management accounts and financial reporting</li><li>Proven experience in a similar Finance business partner / management accountant role </li><li>Experience within manufacturing or a product-led environment is advantageous</li><li>Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business</li></ul><p><strong>What's on Offer</strong></p><ul><li>£50,000 - £60,000 basic salary, plus additional benefits </li><li>Hybrid work pattern </li><li>Genuine scope to influence and add value across the business</li><li>Supportive culture with ongoing development</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
