- <p class="isSelectedEnd">Robert Half Technology are assisting a growing technology organisation to recruit an IT Manager on a contract basis. 6-month minimum contract. Part-time working - 3 days per week. Hybrid working - London based. ASAP start.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Role</strong></p><ul data-spread="false"><li>The IT Manager will manage and maintain the organisation's IT environment, ensuring reliable, secure and efficient day-to-day operations.</li><li>Manage the company's macOS and Apple device estate, including device enrolment, configuration, application deployment, patching and compliance.</li><li>Administer endpoint management platforms including Microsoft Intune and JAMF, supporting device provisioning and lifecycle management.</li><li>Manage Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including users, groups, permissions, licensing, MFA, SSO and Conditional Access.</li><li>Provide hands-on IT support across hardware, software, endpoint, identity and access issues.</li><li>Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including user accounts, access and device provisioning.</li><li>Maintain IT assets, software records, documentation, processes and support procedures.</li><li>Support IT security and compliance requirements, ensuring devices and users remain appropriately managed and secure.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve and automate IT processes, including device provisioning, reporting and routine support activities.</li></ul><p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Profile</strong></p><ul data-spread="false"><li>The IT Manager will have strong experience in IT Support, IT Operations, Endpoint Management or a similar role.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience supporting macOS and Apple devices.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Intune, JAMF or other MDM technologies.</li><li>Strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID / Azure AD experience.</li><li>Good understanding of MFA, SSO, Conditional Access and identity management.</li><li>Experience with Apple Business Manager and automated device enrolment would be advantageous.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and organisational abilities, with the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a wider team.</li></ul><p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Company</strong></p><ul data-spread="false"><li>Growing technology organisation with offices in London</li><li>Hybrid working - 3 days per week, part-time</li><li>6-month minimum contract</li><li>ASAP start</li></ul><p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p><p>The contract rate is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
