This is a new and highly visible role, reporting into the Head of Operational Resilience, DPO &amp; DCO.</p><p>Unlike traditional governance roles, this position is hands-on and delivery-focused. You will work closely with stakeholders across trading, risk, operations, and technology to embed pragmatic governance practices that support efficiency, compliance, and business growth-without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.</p><p>Initially, there are no direct line management responsibilities, but as the function grows into a fully operational, cross-business BAU service, the role will expand.
