The RoleAs part of a collaborative Payments team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of high-value transactions across multiple entities. You'll gain exposure to payment operations, reconciliations, FX, cryptocurrency trading and financial controls while working closely with teams across the business. Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Processing and releasing payments through treasury management systems and online banking platforms.</li><li>Monitoring and reconciling daily payment activity to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Investigating payment queries, including recalls, tracers and rejected payments.</li><li>Supporting the settlement of transactions and helping resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Producing reconciliations and maintaining Excel-based reporting and tracking tools.</li><li>Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payment operations.</li><li>Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.</li><li>Ensuring all activities are completed in line with regulatory requirements and internal controls.</li><li>Assisting with project work and providing support across the wider Operations team when required.</li></ul> About YouWe're looking for someone who is eager to learn, naturally analytical and enjoys solving problems.
