This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth and implement multi-segment go-to-market strategies in a fast-growing, innovative environment.</p><p><strong>Looking for candidates with experience selling into public sector or mobility/transportation technology.</strong></p><p><strong>**Fully Remote Role**</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage the sales team, set targets, and track pipeline performance.</li><li>Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across multiple segments and regions.</li><li>Qualify leads, progress sales opportunities, and attend client meetings and events.</li><li>Ensure CRM records (HubSpot) are accurate and up to date.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Degree-level education or equivalent.</li><li>5+ years' experience in B2B sales, ideally in technology or SaaS.</li><li>Proven ability to explain complex products in clear terms.</li><li>Strong team leadership and client engagement skills.</li><li>Experience in public sector or mobility/transportation technology.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Salary £65k - £75k plus bonus.</li><li>Fully remote role, with occasional on-site days as required.</li><li>Company pension, personal development allowance, and generous holiday.</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
