  • <p>I'm partnered with a rapidly evolving organisation who are looking for an Administrator to support the compliance team initially for 3 months. You will be reporting directly into the Compliance Team Leader supporting with administration, compliance and customer communications.</p><p><strong>Duties</strong></p><ul><li data-start="75" data-end="161"><p data-end="161" data-start="78"><strong data-end="120" data-start="78">Deliver front-line administration and compliance services</strong> to tenants, customers, and colleagues.</p></li><li data-end="301" data-start="162"><p data-start="165" data-end="301"><strong data-end="205" data-start="165">Receive and manage compliance events</strong>, define service needs, and schedule work to ensure 100% compliance within required deadlines.</p></li><li data-end="401" data-start="302"><p data-end="401" data-start="305"><strong data-start="305" data-end="335">Distribute work activities</strong> to planners and contractors; instruct and schedule minor works.</p></li><li data-end="462" data-start="402"><p data-end="462" data-start="405"><strong data-end="434" data-start="405">Monitor and progress work</strong> to successful completion.</p></li><li data-start="463" data-end="576"><p data-start="466" data-end="576"><strong data-start="466" data-end="502">Maintain data management systems</strong>, process certifications, and track service requirements for each asset.</p></li><li data-start="577" data-end="651"><p data-end="651" data-start="580"><strong data-start="580" data-end="605">Liaise with customers</strong>, keeping them informed of service progress.</p></li><li data-end="823" data-start="747"><p data-end="823" data-start="750"><strong data-start="750" data-end="793">Request work orders and purchase orders</strong> to ensure timely invoicing.</p></li><li data-start="824" data-end="929"><p data-end="929" data-start="827"><strong data-start="827" data-end="874">Manage and store paperwork and certificates</strong> across multiple systems for reporting and retrieval.</p></li><li data-end="1017" data-start="930" data-is-last-node=""><p data-end="1017" data-start="934" data-is-last-node=""><strong data-start="934" data-end="974">Perform general administrative tasks</strong>, requiring good IT and telephony skills.</p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working with customers and providing administration support</li><li>Excellent attention to detail</li><li>Experience in a property/housing environment would be advantageous </li></ul><p>The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
