The Transactional Accountant will receive a salary of up to <strong>£42,000</strong> along with other attractive benefits including <strong>mostly remote working</strong> - you will be required in the office <strong>2-3 times per month!</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Primary responsibilities; </strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Match supplier invoices to purchase orders/goods received documentation and ensure they are appropriately authorised, and booked into accounting system</li><li>Resolve any discrepancies and deal with supplier queries</li><li>To ensure that customer invoicing, supplier invoices, expenses and other transactional type tasks are delivered to an acceptable standard and within allotted timescales </li><li>To ensure month end tasks are completed including handovers to management accountants and other analytical / control information such as run rates and deferred pivots </li><li>To ensure the support and other inboxes for all systems (GP, concur etc.) are adequately covered and the service to end users is efficient.
