The role has a strong focus on Finance and related modules and is pivotal in transforming how the business operates, scales, and makes financial decisions.</p><p data-end="516" data-start="496"><strong data-start="496" data-end="514">Role Overview:</strong></p><ul data-start="517" data-end="1152"><li data-start="517" data-end="621"><p data-start="519" data-end="621">Own the full ERP project lifecycle-from planning and design to delivery, adoption, and optimisation.</p></li><li data-start="622" data-end="781"><p data-start="624" data-end="781">Lead Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM module implementation, including system configuration, integrations, data migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</p></li><li data-end="845" data-start="782"><p data-end="845" data-start="784">Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.</p></li><li data-end="946" data-start="846"><p data-start="848" data-end="946">Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, external consultants, and third-party vendors.</p></li><li data-start="947" data-end="1056"><p data-start="949" data-end="1056">Drive change management, end-user training, and adoption to ensure smooth post-implementation operations.</p></li><li data-end="1152" data-start="1057"><p data-end="1152" data-start="1059">Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining governance standards.</p></li></ul><p data-start="1154" data-end="1173"><strong data-end="1171" data-start="1154">Requirements:</strong></p><ul data-start="1174" data-end="1539"><li data-start="1174" data-end="1290"><p data-start="1176" data-end="1290">Minimum 5 years' project management experience, including at least two ERP implementations (NetSuite preferred)</p></li><li data-start="1174" data-end="1290">CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification advantageous as must have end to end finance experience</li><li data-start="1291" data-end="1372"><p data-end="1372" data-start="1293">Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM.</p></li><li data-end="1441" data-start="1373"><p data-start="1375" data-end="1441">Experience managing external system integrators and consultants.</p></li><li data-start="1442" data-end="1539"><p data-end="1539" data-start="1444">Excellent planning, risk management, and delivery skills; able to handle multiple priorities.</p></li></ul><p data-start="1541" data-end="1557"><strong data-end="1555" data-start="1541">Desirable:</strong></p><ul data-start="1558" data-end="1695"><li data-start="1558" data-end="1604"><p data-end="1604" data-start="1560">PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.</p></li><li data-end="1695" data-start="1605"><p data-start="1607" data-end="1695">Experience implementing ERP in a marketplace, B2B, or complex operational environment.</p></li></ul><p>This is a 12 month fixd term contract offering hybrid working. </p><br> <br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
