The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of invoices and payments across the business.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul data-spread="false"><li>Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Managing the Accounts Payable inbox, responding to queries and ensuring invoices are processed within agreed timescales.</li><li>Managing invoices across multiple legal entities and business units.</li><li>Processing multi-currency invoices and supporting international supplier payments.</li><li>Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies where required.</li><li>Maintaining accurate supplier records and ensuring vendor accounts are kept up to date.</li><li>Preparing and processing payment runs.</li><li>Reconciling supplier statements and investigating outstanding balances.</li><li>Responding to supplier and internal stakeholder queries in a professional and timely manner.</li><li>Supporting month-end close activities and other ad hoc finance requirements.</li></ul><h2>About You</h2><p class="isSelectedEnd">The ideal candidate will have:</p><ul data-spread="false"><li>A minimum of 5 years' experience working within Accounts Payable.</li><li>Strong experience in a high-volume invoice processing environment.</li><li>Previous experience working across multiple entities.</li><li>Excellent inbox management and organisational skills.</li><li>Experience processing multi-currency transactions.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>The ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.</li><li>Good communication skills and the confidence to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.</li></ul><h3>Desirable Experience</h3><ul data-spread="false"><li>Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).</li><li>Previous experience working within the FMCG industry.</li><li>Experience in a fast-paced, international organisation.</li></ul><p>If you are an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for your next opportunity in the Bracknell area, we would be keen to hear from you.</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
