You be will be responsible for following duties:</p><ul><li>Preparation of monthly management accounts (p&l and balance sheet) with commentary on a timely basis.</li><li>Ensure key reconciliations are completed on a monthly basis (e.g. fixed assets, accruals, stock etc.).</li><li>Ensure all month end journals and processes under remit are accurately calculated and posted within the agreed timetable, ultimately ensuring accuracy of the books (by nominal account and cost centre).</li><li>Investigate all material variances, proactively highlighting the impact these have on the business.</li><li>Business partner with assigned department heads, maintaining central control and management of department spend, reporting variances to agreed budget.</li><li>Accruals posting - posting accruals in relation to finance and IT spend.</li><li>Preparation of indirect cash flow</li><li>Bank Postings ensuring any reconciling items are cleared ASAP</li><li style="display: inline !important;">Download stock reports from SAP on a weekly basis for circulation to the business.</li><li>Assist Finance Controller to oversee the stock count process in partnership with Retail and Logistics, calculating and reporting stock losses.</li><li>Review and reporting of stock balances, write offs and provisions on a monthly basis.</li><li>Ensure overall integrity of the cost value for stock lines and cost prices used in margin calculations.</li><li>Work with merchandising to ensure seasonal stock is correctly moved through life cycle and provided for appropriately</li><li>Prepare monthly pack for the board on stock</li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><p>The successful Interim Management Accountant will either be a finalist or part qualified.</p><p>You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.</p><p><strong>Client:</strong></p><p>Our client are a luxury Retail Company based in London. <p>Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Data Company in London to recruit an immediate, temporary Treasury & AR clerk.</p><p><strong>Role:</strong></p><p>Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Treasury & AR clerk to assist them for 6 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:</p><ul><li>Handling of day-to-day cash management and preparation of weekly operational cash forecasts</li><li>Responsible for initiation of all outgoing payments including payroll.</li><li>Responsible for raising customer invoices and accompanying credit controls</li><li>Responsible for raising intercompany invoices and settling intercompany balances</li><li>Strong experience working with Reconciliations</li><li>Take joint ownership of our Expenses management process including credit card management.</li><li>Establishing good relationship with AP teams and regional teams to ensure smooth payment run process</li><li>Liaising with stakeholders re treasury queries</li><li>Responsible for month-end close related activities to above mentioned processes and ensure intercompany balance is reconciled</li><li>Managing banking platform, ensuring appropriate approval systems are in place</li><li>Managing one off payments and payroll payments on Smart Sheet, maintaining relevant policies and providing support to colleagues</li><li>Providing support and documentation in order to support regional and group level audits</li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><p>The successful temporary Treasury & AR clerk will either be a Finance graduate looking to gain entry level finance experience or you will have have 2+ years experience in Treasury & AR clerk.</p><p>You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.</p><p><strong>Client:</strong></p><p>Our client are a leading Data Company based in London.
