  • <p><strong>Ecommerce Marketing Executive</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> North Oxfordshire / Hybrid (1-2 days per week in the office)<br /> <strong>Salary:</strong> £30,000-£32,000 DOE<br /> </p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>Robert Half are working with an international organisation to recruit an Ecommerce Marketing Executive to join its growing digital content team.</p><p>This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive ecommerce professional to support the creation, management and optimisation of digital content across Amazon, retailer.com and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels throughout Europe.</p><p>You'll play a key role in bringing products to market, supporting new product launches, managing digital merchandising assets and ensuring content is accurate, engaging and delivered on time. Working closely with internal teams, agencies and European stakeholders, you'll help deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience across multiple digital channels.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Create and manage digital merchandising assets, product imagery, carousel assets and enhanced product content.</li><li>Manage content deployment, updates and refreshes across Amazon, retailer.com and DTC platforms.</li><li>Support new product launches, coordinating content, assets, timelines and deployment schedules.</li><li>Work with creative and internal teams to ensure content meets brand, retailer and channel requirements.</li><li>Support localisation and adaptation of content across European markets.</li><li>Maintain digital asset libraries, content systems and supporting documentation.</li><li>Conduct regular content audits and proactively identify and resolve content issues or inconsistencies.</li><li>Support content optimisation using ecommerce best practice, performance insights and customer data.</li><li>Work collaboratively with marketing, product, category and other cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.</li><li>Contribute to improving content processes and the overall efficiency of digital content deployment.</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>We're looking for someone with around <strong>1-3 years' experience</strong> in ecommerce, digital content, digital marketing or ecommerce operations who is keen to develop their career in a fast-paced, international environment.</p><p>You'll ideally have:</p><ul><li>Experience managing content across ecommerce or retailer platforms.</li><li>Amazon Vendor Central experience.</li><li>Salesforce experience.</li><li>Experience with retailer content platforms and ecommerce systems.</li><li>Experience supporting product launches and digital content deployment.</li><li>Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>A good understanding of ecommerce content and online customer journeys.</li><li>Strong organisational and project coordination skills.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Experience working with European stakeholders and cross-functional teams.</li></ul><p>Experience with Amazon A+ or Premium A+ Content, PIM/DAM systems such as InRiver, localisation/translation workflows or content optimisation would be advantageous.</p><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><p>You'll be highly organised, process-driven and proactive, with a genuine interest in ecommerce and digital retail.   • <p>Robert Half has partnered with a healthcare business to recruit for a Contracts &amp; Business Development Manager.</p><p><strong>While this role reports into the Birmingham team, you will only be required to visit the office twice a month.</strong></p><p>This is a commercially focused role combining contract management, account development and business development, with a strong focus on the NHS and wider healthcare market.</p><p>You will be responsible for managing and developing existing contracts while identifying opportunities to grow services, develop new relationships and secure new business.
