Manage incidents, service requests, onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and access permissions while maintaining excellent customer service and meeting SLAs. Support IT projects, create documentation, deliver basic training, and contribute to improving IT processes.</p><ul><li>Provided 1st line IT support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and business applications.</li><li>Logged, prioritised, troubleshot, and resolved incidents and service requests using a helpdesk ticketing system.</li><li>Managed user onboarding/offboarding, account administration, access permissions, and device provisioning.</li><li>Installed, configured, and supported desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and Windows 11 environments.</li><li>Supported Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID (Hybrid), and Intune.</li><li>Escalated complex issues to senior engineers or third-party providers while meeting SLA targets.</li><li>Maintained IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and asset records.</li><li>Assisted with IT projects, Microsoft Teams/video conferencing support, and user training.</li><li>Delivered excellent customer service while promoting IT best practices and cyber security awareness.</li></ul><p>Please note this role is 5 days a week on-site.</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
