What We're Looking For * Experience within reporting, Project Controls, PMO or a similar coordination-focused environment.* Strong understanding of Project Controls structures including WBS, CBS and OBS.* Experience coordinating stakeholders and bringing together information from different teams to meet reporting deadlines.* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to review, challenge and sense-check information.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.* Ability to develop clear reporting narratives and translate complex information into actionable insight.* Proactive attitude with the confidence to take ownership and drive tasks through to completion.* Comfortable working in changing environments and supporting new processes and digital solutions.* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.* Good understanding of data and reporting tools, with Power BI experience desirable.* Comfortable engaging with technical and data teams.* Experience within infrastructure, construction, engineering or major projects would be advantageous.
