You will also ensure affected customers are notified as early as possible about real or potential impacts, engineering leaders are engaged immediately, and incidents are escalated rapidly when warranted, all following a concise playbook</p><p><strong>Role</strong></p><ul><li>The Incident Management Analyst will respond to all low- and medium-severity incidents:</li></ul><ol><li>During a typical eight-hour shift, engineers may open two to ten low- or medium-severity incidents in Jira, Slack and PagerDuty. Your phone and/or laptop will alert you immediately to engage via Google Meet, Slack and Jira.</li></ol><ul><li>Follow the response playbook which provides specific steps for all of the following duties.</li><li>Ensure facts are being captured about the incident and response. This role is focused on bridging business and technical teams, capturing requirements across Privileged Access Management (PAM) and CyberArk Privilege Cloud, and supporting large-scale delivery across modern shared services and multi-cloud environments.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Assignment Details:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Initial 6-month contract</strong> with strong likelihood of extension</li><li><strong>Start date:</strong> 2-3 weeks (fast-track onboarding)</li><li><strong>Location:</strong> London / Hybrid (onsite preferred, some flexibility)</li><li><strong>Daily rate: £500+12.07% p/day via PAYE</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Operate as the Business Analyst across CyberArk Privilege Cloud workstreams</li><li>Engage with stakeholders across security, engineering, infrastructure and cloud teams</li><li>Gather, document and prioritise business and technical requirements for PAM solutions</li><li>Support delivery of Secure Cloud Access (SCA) and Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA) capabilities</li><li>Translate technical CyberArk concepts into clear business requirements and user stories</li><li>Support end-to-end delivery including workshops, process mapping, and UAT coordination</li><li>Work within a regulated financial services environment on enterprise-scale transformation initiatives</li></ul><p><strong>Required Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Cyber Security or IAM/PAM programmes</li><li>Strong understanding of CyberArk Privilege Cloud and associated capabilities (SCA / SIA)</li><li>Experience working on large-scale transformation programmes in financial services or regulated environments</li><li>Ability to work closely with technical engineers while engaging senior business stakeholders</li><li>Experience working across multi-cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)</li><li>Strong documentation, stakeholder management and delivery focus</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p><ul><li>CyberArk knowledge/certifications (Defender / Sentry / Guardian)</li><li>Experience supporting shared services / ISPSS CyberArk environments</li><li>Previous consulting or global programme exposure</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
