  • <p><strong>Role:</strong></p><p>Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Financial Accountant to assist them for 3 months. You will be responsible for following duties:</p><ul><li>Deliver monthly and quarterly group consolidations across four entities in Planful, including data validation, consolidation adjustments, and production of management reports.</li><li>Prepare and process intercompany reconciliations and eliminations, resolving discrepancies with local entity finance teams.</li><li>Draft and maintain group and subsidiary financial statements in Caseware, ensuring compliance with IFRS/local GAAP and internal policies.</li><li>Compile and review debt covenant calculations for two lending arrangements, monitoring compliance and preparing supporting schedules.</li><li>Manage month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including journals, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis and commentary.</li><li>Support and coordinate year-end close and external audit, preparing working papers, answering auditor queries and completing group reporting deliverable.</li><li>Maintain detailed process documentation and internal control notes, identifying opportunities to streamline and strengthen reporting processes.</li><li>Partner with finance staff across the group to resolve reporting issues, improve data accuracy and contribute to continuous process improvements.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><p>The successful, temporary Financial Accountant will be qualified and have strong consolidations experience. </p><p>You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.</p><p><strong>Client:</strong></p><p>Our client are a leading Tech Company based in London.
