You will be responsible for the following duties:</p><ul><li data-start="0" data-section-id="12yrk14" data-end="81">Maintain accurate accounting records, including reconciliations and controls.</li><li data-start="82" data-end="153" data-section-id="1qes628">Produce clear financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cashflows.</li><li data-section-id="1rozykc" data-end="247" data-start="154">Prepare annual accounts, manage audits, and ensure regulatory compliance (including VAT).</li><li data-end="298" data-section-id="gke5pz" data-start="248">Oversee grant reporting and payment processes.</li><li data-end="354" data-section-id="q6zdpc" data-start="299">Manage cashflow and act as an authorised signatory.</li><li data-start="355" data-end="429" data-section-id="108xqf0">Provide financial insight to support stakeholders and decision-making.</li><li data-start="430" data-end="499" data-section-id="1mw0yax">Oversee investment activity, reporting, and advisor coordination.</li><li data-end="560" data-section-id="tq4iyl" data-start="500">Support investment initiatives with financial expertise.</li><li data-start="561" data-end="628" data-section-id="1uj8o9m">Drive compliance, process improvements, and system development.</li><li data-start="629" data-is-last-node="" data-end="683" data-section-id="o76cce">Mentor junior team members and delegate effectively.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><p>The successful, temporary Finance Business Partner will have strong communication skills and experience with a high volume and variety of finance tasks.</p><p>You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.</p><p><strong>Client:</strong></p><p>Our client are a not for profit organisation based in London.
