<p>The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner on behalf of a specialist Defence Business with offices in Luton.</p><p>The Role</p><p>As Finance Business Partner you will take responsibility for financial insight, analysis and operational information for commercial teams to support cost scenarios and WIP improvement. Day to day duties will consist of:</p><ul><li>Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and challenge to drive performance.</li><li>Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and commentary.</li><li>Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for assigned business areas.</li><li>Support cost centre owners with financial planning and control.</li><li>Analyse product costing, margin performance, and profitability.</li><li>Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support business cases and investment decisions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and corporate policies.</li><li>Assist with year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and efficiency.</li><li>Support the implementation and optimisation of ERP and reporting systems.</li><li>Act as a key finance contact for cross-functional projects and initiatives.</li></ul><p>Your Profile</p><p>You will ideally be a Qualified Accountant although studying and QBE will also be considered should you have significant relevant management accounting and commercial accounting experience across manufacturing and project based organisations. <p>Robert Half have partnered with a Healthcare Manufacture to recruit for a Disaster Recovery Specialist to lead and enhance our organisation's resilience strategy.</p><p>This role will focus on planning, developing, and executing robust Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity processes within a complex Azure-based environment.</p><br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br><ul><li>Lead the planning and development of DR and BC testing services, ensuring structured and repeatable processes.</li><li>Collaborate with operations teams to align recovery strategies with business requirements.</li><li>Identify and address gaps impacting DR/BC readiness, documenting improvements.</li><li>Coordinate and manage DR and BC test schedules, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.</li><li>Maintain and improve DR/BC documentation, including runbooks, recovery plans, test frameworks, and impact analyses.</li><li>Facilitate DR and BC drills and simulations, capturing lessons learned and implementing improvements.</li><li>Support audits, compliance checks, and risk assessments related to DR and BC.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 year's experience in IT infrastructure, DR coordination, or business continuity.</li><li>Strong background in planning and service development, not just execution.</li><li>Solid understanding of backup, replication, failover, and recovery technologies.</li><li>Hands-on experience with DR/BC tools such as Zerto, Veeam, Commvault, Azure Site Recovery, ServiceNow.</li><li>Familiarity with frameworks like ITIL and ISO 22301.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Organisation:</strong></p><ul><li>Initial 12 Month Contract </li><li>Hybrid Working | Surrey based </li><li>Global Healthcare Manufacturer </li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
