Exciting opportunity to join a scaling business based in Guildford as their sole IT Manager, in a broad and varied role, offering £50-55,000 plus excellent benefits (including hybrid working). The roleAs IT Manager and the sole IT person for this growing business, you'll have a varied and challenging role owning all areas of the company's IT. This will include:<ul><li>managing, maintaining and enhancing cloud systems & software (including Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint)</li><li>cyber security & data protection management </li><li>supporting users across the company with any IT issues </li><li>vendor & cost management </li><li>business continuity & process improvement (i.e. backups, recovery, automation, advising on technology improvements including AI)</li><li>creative support (e.g. PowerPoint, data visualisations etc.)</li></ul> About youApplicants for the IT Manager position will have:<ul><li>excellent experience managing cloud-based IT environments (including cloud security best practices)</li><li>strong practical experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, modern SaaS and identity management</li><li>Cyber security and data protection knowledge</li><li>strong experience of the Microsoft Suite (including PowerPoint and Excel)</li><li>excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate clearly with non technical audiences, as well as managing 3rd party vendors </li><li>experience working in small to medium sized businesses, with ability to work autonomously</li></ul> On offerSalary of circa £50-55,000 plus excellent benefits including hybrid working, private medical, pension contribution, 25 days holiday.
