<p>Robert Half are looking for an experienced interim Senior Finance Business Partner to deliver impact within a leading business on an interim basis.</p><p>This exciting role offers responsibility for managing budgets and engaging with senior stakeholders across a UK-wide, multi-site business.</p><ul type="disc"><li><strong>Start date:</strong> ASAP (Up until Mid-Feb latest)</li><li><strong>Duration:</strong> 15-month FTC</li><li><strong>Salary:</strong> Up to £65,000 per annum</li><li><strong>Hybrid: </strong>2 days on site (Bristol office, with occasional travel to other sites needed.) 3 remote.</li></ul><p><strong>You will report into the UK finance manager and be responsible for:</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Provide insightful financial guidance to site managers and senior management, ensuring clear understanding of performance against targets and identifying levers to improve results (including Adjusted EBITDA, CAPEX, and Operating Cashflow).</li><li>Own the site financials (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cashflow) for relevant legal entities. Produce monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, investment appraisals, and other financial reports on schedule, presenting key insights to the Head of Finance.</li><li>Ensure financial information aligns with company policies, accounting standards, and strong governance practices. Liaise with external auditors as needed.</li><li>Identify financial risks and opportunities impacting business performance, working with senior management to mitigate risks, optimise opportunities, and track delivery of agreed actions.</li><li>Support business growth initiatives by evaluating contracts, new business opportunities, projects, acquisitions or capex through sound financial analysis. Assess ROI and perform post-project appraisals.</li><li>Drive improvements in financial systems, performance reporting, and finance-related processes, including P2P and inventory management. <p><strong>Project Planner - Major Infrastructure Projects</strong><br /> <strong>Location:</strong> Bath (Hybrid) <br /> </p><p>Robert Half is partnering with a leading organisation delivering nationally significant infrastructure programmes. We are seeking an experienced Planner to support the successful delivery of a portfolio of major infrastructure projects.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary project teams on large-scale, complex programmes, from feasibility and detailed design through to construction and completion.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will join a growing planning function supporting three Major Infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in developing, maintaining and assuring project programmes, working collaboratively with Project Managers, Designers, contractors and wider stakeholders.</p><p>Using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project as your primary tools, you will ensure programmes are robust, realistic and aligned with delivery objectives.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborating with multiple teams involved in project delivery</li><li>Developing, reviewing and progressing multiple integrated project programmes</li><li>Leading discussions around programme logic, sequencing and agreed durations</li><li>Proactively identifying and assessing programme risks to delivery</li><li>Integrating contractor, supplier and third-party programmes into overall plans</li><li>Producing programme reports, dashboards and look-ahead schedules at both project and programme level</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>You will be a confident, self-sufficient Planner with a strong understanding of project management and delivery within complex engineering environments.
