You will bring:</p><ul dir="ltr"><li>Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS guidance</li><li>Broad HR experience across employee relations, recruitment, development, engagement and performance</li><li>Experience of supporting organisational change</li><li>Confidence managing complex employee relations matters</li><li>Experience working with trade unions and/or employee representative bodies</li><li>Strong influencing skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach</li><li>The ability to work autonomously while collaborating with an international HR function</li></ul><p dir="ltr">Experience in logistics, transport, automotive or manufacturing, particularly supporting a large frontline workforce, would be advantageous.
