Seeking an experienced, commercially focused Interim CIO to lead the stabilisation and transformation of a UK IT Managed Services Provider (MSP).Operating across four UK locations, the business has grown through acquisition and delivers strong organic growth and profitability, serving predominantly SME clients.Following significant changes to the Executive Leadership Team, the immediate focus is on strengthening leadership, embedding operational structures and driving performance. The role combines operational and financial accountability with strategic client engagement, technology transformation and commercial growth.Role<ul><li>Interim CIO to lead the stabilisation and transformation of a UK IT Managed Services Provider (MSP).</li><li>Provide strategic and operational leadership following significant changes to the Executive Leadership Team.</li><li>Drive operational performance, organisational development and technology transformation across a multi-site business.</li><li>Combine internal leadership and financial accountability with senior client engagement and commercial growth.</li><li>Initially focused on stabilisation, with the remit evolving towards longer-term business transformation.</li><li>Potential for the interim appointment to transition into a permanent executive leadership role.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Stabilise the business following significant changes to the Executive Leadership Team, providing clear direction and leadership.</li><li>Review, refine and embed the organisational structure across the IT and service delivery functions.</li><li>Take responsibility for a £5.8m operational budget, driving financial performance, cost efficiency and profitability.</li><li>Lead the implementation of Halo, the new service management and ticketing platform.</li><li>Oversee the NetSuite upgrade, improving operational processes, financial reporting and business visibility.</li><li>Drive operational efficiency, standardisation and service delivery improvements across all four UK locations.</li><li>Act as the senior executive point of contact for key clients, strengthening relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Identify and deliver cross-selling, account expansion and organic revenue growth opportunities.</li><li>Support geographic expansion, including the development and opening of new branches.</li><li>Develop and execute a longer-term transformation strategy to create a scalable, efficient and commercially focused MSP platform.</li></ul>Company<ul><li>Established IT Managed Services Provider with a strong presence in the SME market.</li><li>Delivers a broad range of managed IT services alongside hardware resale.</li><li>Strong track record of organic revenue growth and profitability.</li><li>Operates a multi-site business with an established national presence.</li><li>Has grown through acquisitions, with acquired businesses now wholly owned and integrated into a single platform.</li></ul>Salary & BenefitsThe salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions. <h1>Interim Accounts Payable Specialist</h1>Location: Surbiton (1-2 days per week in the office) Contract: Starting ASAP - 1 month initially, with the possibility of rolling Working arrangement: Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office <h3>The Role</h3>We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a business on an interim basis, starting as soon as possible.This is an opportunity for someone with strong Accounts Payable experience within a complex, multi-entity and multi-currency environment. Working as part of a centralised finance function, you will take ownership of the end-to-end AP process, ensuring invoices, payments and supplier accounts are managed accurately and efficiently.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Take ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Payable process across multiple entities. </li><li>Manage invoice processing, verification and approvals. </li><li>Oversee supplier accounts and resolve invoice and payment queries. </li><li>Support payment runs and ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time. </li><li>Work across multiple currencies, ensuring transactions are processed correctly. </li><li>Maintain accurate financial records and ensure AP processes are followed consistently. </li><li>Work within a centralised finance environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines. </li><li>Identify and resolve discrepancies, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers. </li></ul><h3>Skills & Experience</h3><ul><li>Strong, demonstrable experience within Accounts Payable. </li><li>Previous experience working in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment is essential. </li><li>Experience within a centralised Accounts Payable function. </li><li>Proven ability to take ownership of end-to-end AP processes. </li><li>Strong understanding of invoice processing, supplier management and payment processes. </li><li>Experience using SAP S/4HANA would be a significant advantage. </li><li>Able to work independently, hit the ground running and manage workloads in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul><h3>Contract Details</h3><ul><li>Immediate start required. </li><li>1 month initially, with the potential to extend on a rolling basis. </li><li>Hybrid working, with 1-2 days per week required in the Surbiton office.£16 - £18 per hour + Holiday Pay </li></ul>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
