This is a chance to build the function from the ground up.</strong></p><p>Join a <strong>well-backed, pre-Series A Agentic TMS</strong> business taking on the legacy platforms that have dominated freight forwarding for 30 years.</p><p> </p><p>You'll have <strong>real ownership</strong>, shaping the implementation strategy before the sale, owning every deployment through to go-live, building the methodology, and ultimately hiring and leading the team.</p><p> </p><p><strong>What you'll own</strong></p><ul><li>Build the entire implementation function from scratch.</li><li>Own <strong>CARR → ARR conversion</strong> and go-live performance.</li><li>Lead TMS implementations, data migration, integrations and UAT.</li><li>Partner with Sales to win deals through credible deployment strategies.</li><li>Drive customer adoption and build a scalable delivery team</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What we need</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Freight forwarding experience - absolutely essential.</strong></li><li>Proven <strong>TMS/FMS implementation</strong> experience.</li><li>Experience with platforms such as <strong>CargoWise, Magaya, Descartes, Riege or similar</strong>.</li><li>Strong understanding of freight operations, integrations, EDI/API and data migration.</li><li>Someone who has <strong>built processes from zero</strong> and wants genuine ownership.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Why this role?</strong></p><p><strong>You won't be inheriting a function - you'll be creating it.</strong></p><p>You'll have direct access to the leadership team, international customers, significant influence over product and delivery, and the opportunity to build a team around you as the company scales.</p><p><strong>If you're a freight forwarding implementation leader who wants to build something genuinely disruptive rather than manage another legacy operation, this is the opportunity.</strong></p><p><strong>APPLY NOW!!! </strong></p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
