Hands-on ABL experience is what will set you apart. You will own the facility end to end and be the person who explains the numbers to the lender, with direct access to the decision-maker in a business that is moving quickly.The detailsLocation: Bristol, on site four to five days a week initially, with some flexibility once establishedBasis: Contract day rate or fixed-termStart: ImmediateRate / salary: £450-£650pdReports to: CEOWorks with: The Head of Finance Operations, Head of Credit Control & Billing and Financial ControllerInterviews: Over the next week or so, with a quick processWhat you will do<ul><li>Borrowing base and availability: build and maintain the receivables borrowing base from the existing ledger (eligibility, concentration, dilution and DSO analysis) and produce the weekly availability report</li><li>Lender reporting: own the weekly and monthly reporting packs, covenant compliance, lender information requests and field audits</li><li>Cash flow and funding model: maintain the integrated forecast and 13-week cash flow in a lender-ready format, modelling facility headroom and accordion or additional funding needs as the group grows</li><li>Process and controls: document the borrowing base and reporting processes and embed them in the wider finance team</li><li>Lender interaction: work directly with the lender and present and explain the numbers to their credit team</li></ul>About you<ul><li>Hands-on ABL experience, ideally from the borrower side and ideally with a lender or ABL audit background as well</li><li>Strong Excel modelling, 13-week cash flow, integrated forecasting and scenario analysis</li><li>Qualified accountant or equivalent</li><li>Comfortable being hands-on in a fast-moving, founder-led environment</li><li>Direct, works to dates, and confident presenting to a lender's credit team</li></ul>Why applyReal ownership of a facility that matters, direct access to the decision-maker and flexibility on structure and package for the right person.
