You'll partner closely with HR and Ops, supporting hiring plans, salary benchmarking, and continuous improvement of our recruitment processes.</p><p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.</li><li>Advise hiring managers, shape job briefs, and build effective hiring strategies.</li><li>Work closely with external agencies where needed.</li><li>Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.</li><li>Oversee onboarding checks, documentation, and inductions.</li><li>Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide insights and reports.</li><li>Identify trends and recommend process improvements.</li></ul><p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p><ul><li>3-5 years' recruitment experience (in-house or agency), ideally within financial services/risk.</li><li>Confident running the full recruitment cycle independently.</li><li>Strong knowledge of the London talent market.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.</li><li>Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working at pace.</li><li>Strong understanding of employment legislation and recruitment compliance.</li></ul><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li>A self-starter who takes ownership.</li><li>Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Solutions-focused, adaptable, and passionate about recruitment.</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
