<p class="isSelectedEnd">Robert Half is exclusively representing our client in the appointment of an experienced <strong>ERP Manager</strong> to join their IT function and take ownership of a major <strong>ERP transformation programme</strong>, with a particular focus on the implementation of <strong>Oracle NetSuite</strong>.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd">For at least the first year, the role will be heavily focused on the successful delivery of a <strong>NetSuite ERP implementation</strong>, working closely with the ERP Programme Lead, senior business stakeholders, implementation partners and third-party suppliers.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd">This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced <strong>NetSuite Implementation Manager, NetSuite Project Manager or ERP Manager</strong> who has previously led or played a significant role in delivering an ERP implementation and is looking for genuine ownership of a major transformation programme.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd">Candidates with <strong>hands-on NetSuite implementation experience are particularly encouraged to apply</strong>. We would also consider experienced ERP implementation professionals from other major platforms who have the project leadership, stakeholder management and transformation experience required to lead a NetSuite programme.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd">Reporting to the <strong>Chief Information Officer</strong>, you will take responsibility for the planning, governance, coordination and delivery of key ERP projects and workstreams, ensuring the NetSuite implementation remains on track and that risks, issues, dependencies and business readiness are effectively managed.</p><h3>The Role</h3><p class="isSelectedEnd">You will take ownership of key projects, workstreams and sub-projects within the wider ERP transformation programme, with an initial and significant focus on the <strong>NetSuite implementation</strong>.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd">Key responsibilities will include:</p><ul data-spread="false"><li>Taking ownership of project delivery across the <strong>NetSuite implementation lifecycle</strong>, from planning through to implementation and go-live.</li><li>Working closely with the ERP Programme Lead, implementation partner and business stakeholders to drive successful delivery.</li><li>Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.</li><li>Managing project budgets, forecasts, resources and delivery timelines.</li><li>Owning <strong>RAID logs</strong>, ensuring risks, issues and dependencies are proactively identified, mitigated and resolved.</li><li>Managing and coordinating the activities of internal teams, NetSuite implementation partners and third-party suppliers.</li><li>Managing individual ERP workstreams and sub-projects, ensuring alignment with the wider transformation programme.</li><li>Supporting requirements gathering, scope definition, solution design and delivery planning with business and technical stakeholders.</li><li>Preparing project status reports, Steering Committee packs and executive-level updates.</li><li>Monitoring implementation progress and proactively managing escalations, actions and dependencies.</li><li>Supporting business readiness, change management, training and user adoption activities ahead of go-live.</li><li>Coordinating internal resource allocation and workload planning across project teams.</li><li>Developing and delivering project communications to ensure stakeholders remain informed throughout the transformation.</li><li>Maintaining strong project governance, documentation and reporting standards.</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><p class="isSelectedEnd">We are looking for an experienced <strong>ERP Manager / ERP Project Manager / Implementation Manager</strong> with a proven track record of delivering ERP implementations or significant technology transformation programmes.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Previous NetSuite implementation experience is highly desirable</strong>, particularly experience managing or coordinating a NetSuite implementation, rollout, migration or significant transformation.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd">You will ideally bring:</p><ul data-spread="false"><li>Proven experience managing <strong>ERP implementations</strong>, ideally with <strong>Oracle NetSuite</strong>.</li><li>Experience leading ERP projects from planning and requirements through to implementation and go-live.</li><li>Strong project planning, governance, budget and resource management experience.</li><li>Experience working with ERP implementation partners, system integrators and third-party suppliers.</li><li>The ability to manage multiple ERP workstreams, stakeholders and competing priorities.</li><li>Strong understanding of business transformation and the organisational change associated with ERP implementations.</li><li>Experience producing project reporting and presentations for senior leadership and Steering Committees.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage across both technical and non-technical teams.</li><li>A structured, proactive and delivery-focused approach.</li><li>Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><h3> </h3><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
