Robert Half are partnering with a fast-growth fintech firm to recruit a Finance Manager. This is a hands-on role, perfect for a newly qualified straight from practice, who wants a strong technical foundation, ownership of core finance processes, and exposure to audits and regulatory requirements in a fast-growing business. You will play a key role in improving finance processes as the business scales, supporting audits, and maintaining a clean and well documented financial control function. Location: City if LondonHybrid working model Ideal profile:<ul><li>Audit trained ACA qualified</li><li>Ideally 1-2-year PQE</li></ul><ul><li>Ambitious, proactive, and capable of operating in a fast-growth environment.</li><li>Demonstrated consistent career progression (e.g. promotions every 1-2 years).</li></ul> Key Responsibilities & work-streams you'll own<ul><li>Lead the month-end close</li><li>Support tax compliance and regulatory reporting</li><li>Maintain ownership of balance sheet accounts</li><li>Oversee accounts payable and ensure transactions are accurate and controlled</li><li>Improve and document finance processes to support scale and audit readiness</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with the business to identify, design, and implement process improvements</li><li>Prepare audit schedules and support statutory and regulatory filings</li><li>Support the migration to a new accounting system</li></ul> Additional Information<ul><li>This is a full-time position with competitive salary, share options, and benefits</li><li>3 days a week in the London office</li></ul>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
