<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Accounting Specialist<br /> <strong>Location:</strong> Chile (Supporting operations in the USA)<br /> <strong>Type:</strong> Full-Time</p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong><br /> We are seeking a skilled Accounting Specialist with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience to support US operations. This role requires fluency in English, proficiency in US GAAP, and demonstrated experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite. The candidate will directly collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Reporting, Finance, Internal Audit, and Legal, while reporting to the Accounting Director.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform technical accounting tasks tied to US operations with a focus on USGAAP compliance.</li><li>Ensure accurate reporting and analysis aligned with company and regulatory standards.</li><li>Collaborate with Reporting and Finance teams on monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.</li><li>Work closely with Internal Audit and Legal teams on compliance and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Operate within an ERP environment, preferably utilizing NetSuite workflows and capabilities.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Fluency in English (written and spoken).</li><li>Proven experience working within US GAAP frameworks.</li><li>Hands-on, detail-oriented approach to accounting tasks.</li><li>Experience working at a Big Four accounting firm.</li><li>Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).</li><li>Ability to effectively collaborate across departments and teams.</li><li>Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Other Details:</strong></p><ul><li>No direct reports.</li><li>Hybrid - 2 days in the office</li></ul><img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/Q2Fpb0FybmFlcy4zMDIxMC4xMDkxNEByaGljbC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif">
