The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst plays a vital role in the software development lifecycle, ensuring the quality and functionality of applications before they reach the end user. The role is responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting bugs, and collaborating with developers to ensure a high-quality product.

Typical QA analyst/associate duties:

Analyze software requirements and specifications to identify potential areas for testing. Design and develop test plans, including various testing methodologies (e.g., functional, usability, performance). Document test results thoroughly, including steps to reproduce bugs. Participate in the development of quality assurance processes and procedures. Communicate effectively with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders about testing progress and identified issues.
