The FP&A Manager oversees financial modeling, variance analysis, and develops key performance indicators (KPIs). This position demands strong analytical skills, advanced financial modeling expertise, and exceptional communication abilities. Typically, 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with 3-5 years in an FP&A leadership role, is required. A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is essential, with an MBA or Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation highly preferred.
