In this context, the role plays a critical part in driving financial performance, supporting operational teams, and ensuring robust and reliable decision-making.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">As a <strong>Senior Finance Business Partner </strong><strong>(m/f/x) </strong>you will be <strong>responsible</strong> for:</p><ul><li>Drive the financial performance of your scope, delivering accurate, insightful, and decision-oriented analysis.</li><li>Lead and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.</li><li>Monitor the economic performance of offers, projects, contracts, and complex programs.</li><li>Challenge financial assumptions, including cost at completion, margins, risks, and opportunities.</li><li>Actively contribute to project reviews, business reviews, and performance reviews.</li><li>Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of financial data and reporting.</li><li>Provide functional oversight of industrial controlling activities, including cost tracking, industrial variances, inventory, and operational performance.</li><li>Provide functional oversight of sales administration activities, ensuring the reliability of order intake, invoicing flows, and contract administration.</li><li>Ensure compliance with group financial policies, internal procedures, and internal control requirements.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and financial data quality.</li></ul><p>The required <strong>profile</strong> for the a <strong>Senior Finance Business Partner</strong> <strong>(m/f/x) </strong>position:</p><ul><li>Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years' experience in controlling or finance.</li><li>Proven experience in finance business partnering and financial management of complex offers and projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of industrial controlling and sales administration processes.</li><li>Experience in industrial, technology-driven, or complex project environments.</li><li>Strong analytical, synthesis, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to challenge effectively.</li><li>Ability to work closely with operational teams and influence a wide range of stakeholders.</li><li>Demonstrated functional leadership, autonomy, rigor, and accountability.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of ERP/reporting tools (SAP or Power BI is a plus).</li><li>Fluent in French and professional proficiency in English; Dutch is an asset.</li></ul><p>What We Expect from You as a Senior Finance Business Partner <strong>(m/f/x) :</strong></p><p>You bring a clear, robust, and business-oriented financial vision. <p>Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een <strong>Boekhouder </strong>(m/v/x) voor een internationaal bedrijf, gelegen in <strong>Vilvoorde</strong>, met entiteiten in verschillende Europese landen. </p><p>Het betreft een uitdagende job binnen een dynamische en internationale werkomgeving. Je komt terecht in een team van 8 personen en zal rapporteren naar de Accounting Manager.</p><p><strong>Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Boekhouder omvatten onder meer:</strong></p><ul><li>Voorbereiden en indienen van BTW-aangiftes;</li><li>Controleren van de ingeboekte facturen;</li><li>Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van budgetten en forecasts;</li><li>Beheren van de maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluitingen;</li><li>Aanspreekpunt voor de externe auditors.</li></ul><p><strong>De vereiste kwalificaties voor de functie van Boekhouder zijn:</strong></p><ul><li>Je communiceert vloeiend in het Frans en het Nederlands.
