Door een recente overname ligt de nadruk op nauwkeurigheid, compliance en een strakke Q4-closing.Jouw takenpakketJe wordt ingeschakeld om administratieve én financiële processen te versterken en te stroomlijnen:<ul><li>Administratieve ondersteuning van de asset manager en beheerteam (huurders, panden, contracten);</li><li>Verwerken van AP-facturen en bankboekingen;</li><li>Ondersteuning bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluiting én consolidatie;</li><li>Beheren van interne fee-afstemmingen en intragroep-posities;</li><li>Manueel verwerken en uploaden van data via centrale mailbox en ERP (Yardi);</li><li>Meewerken aan e-Peppol optimalisatie en automatisatieprojecten;</li><li>Opstellen van persberichten, jaarverslagen en RvB-documentatie;</li><li>Archivering, documentbeheer en rapportage binnen een beursgenoteerde context.</li></ul>Jouw profiel:<ul><li>Je bent iemand die snel operationeel is, zelfstandig werkt en stevig in je schoenen staat;</li><li>Ervaring als consultant of in projectmatige finance/administratie;</li><li>Affiniteit met vastgoed of retailvastgoed is een grote troef;</li><li>Vlot in het Nederlands, goede kennis Engels is een pluspunt;</li><li>Ervaring met ERP-pakketten (Yardi is een pré) en procesautomatisatie;</li><li>Bekend met afsluitingen, consolidatie en compliant reporting;</li><li>Organisatorisch sterk en communicatief vaardig;</li><li>Hands-on, proactief en klaar om meteen te starten.</li></ul>Aanbod:<ul><li>Je krijgt een uitdagend project in een internationale en professionele omgeving;</li><li>Duur: lange termijn, voorkeur fulltime;</li><li>Flexibele 38-urenweek met glijdende uren;</li><li>Netto onkostenregeling + maaltijdcheques €8/dag;</li><li>Opstart maart/april én samenwerken met een ervaren, internationaal team.</li></ul> Solliciteer met referentienummer 000090801.
