Supporting the HR Manager and other P&C BP, you will assist with recruitment, ER cases, OHS, employment contracts and general HR administrative tasks. This is a full-time opportunity, with the contract lasting 3-4 months. </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br />Duties</span></strong></p><p>As the P&C BP your duties will include: </p><ul><li>Employee Relations and Support - provide guidance and support to leaders and staff on workplace issues, ensuring a positive, respectful and productive work environment.</li><li>Talent Acquisition and Onboarding - partner with management to recruit, onboard and retain talented early childhood educators and staff. Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.</li><li>OHS and Return to Work - ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations, promoting a safe and healthy work environment for all staff.
