Duties and Responsibilities: * Review and Approve New Client Onboarding CDD, Periodic Review and name screening alerts;* Review and validate CRS and FATCA information disclosed by clients;* Review and Approve sanction alerts triggered from payment screening system;* Maintenance and administration of CDD Records and Metrics;* CDD Periodic Review Management and act as centralised control for CDD overdue;* Design and implement rectification plan when there are issues identified in CDD database;* Prepare AML statistic report for management;* Review and clear Transaction Monitoring alerts cases;* Escalate potential risks issues and suspicious activities as identified in transaction monitoring process;* Perform further review and Investigation into suspicious transactions or client activities when required;* Provide guidance and advice to front office staff on AML/CTF and Sanction issues;* Work with front office department to undertake Lookback exercise, reviewing transactions processed in the past and provide timely responses;* Monitoring and testing: conduct 2nd line assurance and prepare outcome reports;* Develop and deliver training to the front-line staff.
