The RoleThe role involves leading the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, while collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, responsibilities include supporting HR administrative functions such as employee onboarding and offboarding, addressing employee relations matters, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration as needed, all while ensuring compliance with company policies. Your ProfileThe ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, particularly in Talent Acquisition. They should have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment and HR project management, coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships at all levels. The role requires the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
