<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company<br /><br /></span></strong>We are seeking a Compliance Analyst with expertise in Source of Wealth (SOW) to join a 12-month initiative with a global consulting firm that is in turn supporting a well-established Private Bank. <br /><br />In this role, you will review and validate customer KYC documentation, corroborate SOW through reliable sources, and ensure all material wealth origins are accurately captured. You will assess adequacy, identify discrepancies, and work with stakeholders to resolve them, while providing clear risk assessments and recommendations to strengthen AML/CFT controls.<br /><br /><br /><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Review and validate customer KYC documentation with a focus on Source of Wealth.</li><li>Corroborate SOW information using public searches, salary benchmarks, and other reliable sources.</li><li>Assess the adequacy of declared wealth sources, ensuring all material sources are identified and documented.</li><li>Maintain consistency and accuracy of KYC information throughout the customer lifecycle.</li><li>Identify, document, and resolve any discrepancies or contradictory information with customers and stakeholders.</li><li>Evaluate AML/CFT risks linked to SOW findings and recommend appropriate mitigating actions.</li></ul><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br />Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (ie Finance, Business, or related disciplines).</li><li>Experience in compliance, AML/CFT, or KYC/CDD reviews.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Source of Wealth assessment and regulatory standards.</li><li>Skilled in research and analysis using public sources and benchmark.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong risk assessment and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Clear communicator with ability to resolve discrepancies and liaise with stakeholders.</li></ul><p> <br /><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today<br /><br /></span></strong>Please send your resume in WORD format only and quote reference number <strong>GO</strong><strong>13283736</strong>, by clicking the apply button.
