You'll act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring the bank's strategic priorities are embedded in every product decision, from concept to delivery.<br /><br />You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across markets and functions to define the product vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver seamless digital solutions that empower both clients and front-office teams.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br />The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital client and employee channels.</li><li>Partner with business, technology, and product teams to conceptualize digital user journeys and translate them into actionable requirements.</li><li>Prioritize and manage the product backlog in alignment with quarterly business objectives and stakeholder priorities.</li><li>Oversee end-to-end product delivery, from discovery to implementation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, facilitating decision-making and maintaining transparency throughout the delivery lifecycle.</li><li>Collaborate with Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to build, test, and deploy new functionalities while managing dependencies and trade-offs.</li><li>Utilize data and user insights to continuously improve product usability, adoption, and satisfaction.</li><li>Support change management activities by creating training materials and engagement plans for clients and front-office teams.</li><li>Champion best practices in agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and product lifecycle governance.</li><li>Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure solutions align with regulatory and risk management frameworks.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; Master's preferred.</li><li>8-10 years as a Product Owner or similar role in financial services, fintech, technology, or consulting.</li><li>Strong knowledge of wealth management and private banking, including digital channels (trading, portfolio management, client communications).</li><li>Proven experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, managing full product lifecycle from concept to delivery.</li><li>Hands-on with agile and design thinking, collaborating with cross-functional teams across business and technology.</li><li>Skilled in stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders in global, matrixed organizations.</li><li>Analytical and data-driven, able to translate insights and user feedback into product improvements.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to simplify complexity and drive clarity.</li><li>Understanding of process design, risk management, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Collaborative, pragmatic, resilient, and passionate about enhancing client experiences.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today</span></strong></p><p>Please send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number <strong>GO13327555</strong>, by clicking the apply button.
