This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and finance.</p><p>You'll lead multiple IT initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless application performance to support business growth and financial excellence.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage ERP and IT application projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.</li><li>Provide day-to-day support for ERP systems, minimizing business disruption and resolving issues efficiently.</li><li>Develop, maintain, and optimize financial reports and dashboards using Power BI and Workiva.</li><li>Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to manage support requests, system enhancements, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Serve as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors to align system requirements and resolve issues.</li><li>Document system processes, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures to ensure knowledge sharing.</li><li>Conduct user training and provide guidance to maximize effective use of financial systems and reporting tools.</li><li>Monitor system performance, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.</li></ul><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in ERP system implementation and configuration (SAP, Oracle, or similar financial systems).</li><li>Strong understanding of financial accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS, or relevant local standards).</li><li>Hands-on experience with financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Close.</li><li>Solid knowledge of system integrations, data migration, and workflow automation</li><li>Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools such as Power BI, Workiva, or Tableau</li><li>Demonstrated experience in financial consolidation, reporting, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Ability to lead end-to-end project implementations and provide effective application support.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience liaising between business, IT, and external vendors.</li><li>Excellent documentation, training, and user support capabilities.</li></ul><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today</span></strong></p><p>Please send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number <strong>GO13327534</strong>, by clicking the apply button.
